Mr. Friedland established the Friedland Law Center

Lee Friedland is a practicing attorney in Florida since 1993. Following graduation from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors and University of Florida College of Law in 1993, Mr. Friedland worked in litigation in the South Florida handling litigation matters in State and Federal Court. Initially, Mr. Friedland worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit handling criminal prosecutions earning recognition as an outstanding trial advocate. Following his work in the public sector, Mr. Friedland devoted his practice entirely to civil trial work, handling matters as divergent as Fair Credit Reporting cases, Title VII actions, medical malpractice cases, Commercial litigation, Federal Employment litigation, and torts.

Since 1999, Mr. Friedland worked as a partner at several South Florida litigation law firms which handled complex class action litigation before establishing his own law firm in 2004. Mr. Friedland established the Friedland Law Center, P.L. in 2008 to assist homeowners in actions filed by lenders in State and Federal Court and to prosecute cases involving violations of the Fair Debt Collection Act and Predatory Lending. Mr. Friedland is a member of the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
